This website is created by researchers in the University of Calgary. It has received ethics approval from the Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board (CFREB) at the University of Calgary. It consists of a series of scales on personal characteristics, leadership, motivation, and ethical behavior. By creating an account, you will be able to login any time and complete as many scales of interest as you want. In addition, you will receive developmental feedback on your personality that will help you in improving yourself in different ways.
Your responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. The collected data will be kept on a password protected computer drive, stored in a secured location and accessible only by the researchers for research purposes, including the publication of scientific papers. Participation is completely voluntary, anonymous and confidential. No one except the principal investigator and the research team will be allowed to see any of the answers to the questions. No personal identifying data will be collected in this study. There are no names collected and attached to the responses. Only group information will be summarized for any presentation or publication of results. In case you withdraw from this study, the data collected to the point of withdrawal will be excluded and not used.
There are no foreseeable risks, harms, or inconveniences associated with your participation in these surveys. The only cost on your part is the time you will spend for completing the scales on the website.
